Have you ever met someone who made you a better person because they were part of your life? 

Who inspires you to be a better person?

LaVina Mitchell is an inspiration to everyone she meets. LaVina may have suffered a devastating stroke that has left her paralyzed on one side of her body, but she has not let that stop her. You can find her on her scooter or her walking cane volunteering in her community, at her church helping or even making appearances with her husband Briley Mitchell, Executive Director Llano Chamber of Commerce. 

So, as you can see, she inspires us all to be better; she is an inspiration.

LaVina’s Inspirational Angel was created in honor of LaVina. We are looking for that special person in your life that inspires you. This person can be male or female of any age. The deadline for nominations is 30 days before the national pageant. We will submit all letters to a panel of judges who will read your letters and make the hard decision of who will be crowned LaVina’s National Inspirational Angel. We will then announce the winner on our Facebook page and will officially crown them at the National Pageant
